When it comes to lightweight projectiles, speed is your friend. Traditional FMJ rounds just couldn’t keep up. After a lot of trial and error, we finally landed on the Hornady V-Max — a projectile built specifically for high-velocity performance.
Our goal was to deliver a 55-grain round capable of achieving wicked speeds, and the Honorary V-Max does exactly that. We put it to the test in our MK12 platform, and the results spoke for themselves: consistent 1-1.63 MOA groups and blistering velocity.
Keep in mind this is fast AF range ammo. Not match grade. Standard deviation is on par with range ammo. (not single digit SD)
